Ireland

The artistic landscape observed on the southern sandstone pavements of the Burren (Co. Clare, Ireland) is also found further offshore on the Atlantic side of the Loop Head peninsula. Here fascinating seabed geomorphologies formed over millions of years, not only remind us of the complex geological history of Ireland, but also resembles a sinister eye, a demon with a dangerous gaze reflects the intense and menacing winter storms which visit this shore.
